Vuzix  launched micro LED Photoelectric glasses. The manufacturer of smart glasses stated that the Micro LED-based product line will offer a higher-end enterprise version with integrated cellular connectivity in addition to a middle-range consumer-facing device.

WiFi and Bluetooth are just the beginning. A phone won't be necessary for hands-free communications because there will be a cellular LTE integration option. All of this is driven by a contemporary CPU running Android and supporting third party apps.
