The most current developments in the seven-year development of lithium-sulfur/selenium cathode materials, which are compatible with new solid-state electrolyte chemistries and high-capacity anodes for Li-ion batteries.
The patented cathode technology from II-VI has the potential to greatly improve the performance of lithium-ion batteries used in consumer devices, energy storage systems, and infrastructure for ground, sea, and air transportation.
