An excavator that has had its arm extended to reach further than a typical excavator would is known as a long reach excavator. Although it is frequently employed in building destruction, it has other uses as well.
The Global Long-reach excavator market accounted for $XX Billion in 2022 and is anticipated to reach $XX Billion by 2030, registering a CAGR of XX% from 2023 to 2030.
CASE launches the CX350D Long Reach Excavator. The new full-size CX350D LR excavator from CASE Construction Equipment offers improved operational performance in tasks requiring long-distance bucket reach and accuracy.
The new model offers the same enhanced responsiveness and control as the D Series while increasing digging capabilities in deep or long-distance digging applications. It also has a lengthened boom, arm, and counterweight.
The CX350D LR has an operational weight of 88,200 pounds, a 268 horsepower Tier 4 Final diesel engine, and a bucket digging force of up to 24,500 foot-pounds. A maximum dig depth of 46 feet 3 inches and a maximum dig radius of 61 feet 3 inches are both provided by the expanded arm and boom.
The CX350D LR has a low-maintenance Tier 4 Final selective catalytic reduction (SCR) system to increase fuel efficiency without reducing power. Because SCR operates without a diesel particulate filter (DPF), there are no DPF regeneration costs or related lifetime maintenance expenses, allowing the engine to operate at its best throughout the work cycle.
The CX350D LR, a member of the CASE D Series range, offers more standard features than earlier excavator model series from CASE, streamlining the purchasing process and enhancing the machine's versatility and operator friendliness.
A heated air-ride seat, Bluetooth radio, back and side-view cameras, Free Swing for better craning, laying or lifting of offset loads, oil sample ports, an intuitive control pattern selector, and more are all standard on all CASE D Series excavators.
Through CASE ProCare. all CASE D Series excavators offer peace of mind and a reduced total cost of ownership.Through the use of a new electronically controlled pump, a bigger control valve, and several cutting-edge sensors, D Series excavators achieve quicker cycle times.
The CASE Intelligent Hydraulic System and its four integrated control systems work in concert with these characteristics to maximise the machine's hydraulic power and momentum, leading to shorter cycle times and greater fuel economy.
