    The conventional CMOS or LSTTL output is compatible with the logic input. A current buffer stage is present in the output driver.

     

    The 1ED44171N01B contains an FAULT status output and an under-voltage lockout protection (when triggered, the EN/FLT pin is internally held down).

     

    To maintain normal operation, the EN/FLT must be externally pulled up; pushing the EN/FLT low renders the driver inoperable.

     

    The output is kept low by the under-voltage lockout protection until the VCC supply voltage is within the operating range.
