Concentrator mining means any plant systems, whether on or off the Leased Premises, where raw, unprocessed natural gas is processed to remove or extract raw mix to produce pipeline-quality natural gas or residue gas and other products, including a gas processing plant, a natural gas plant, a gasoline plant, or another plant,
the Raw Mix is then transported to another plant for separation down to its base components by fractionation prior to storage and/or transport for the commercial sale of each liquefiable hydrocarbon product,
or I it is separated by fractionation down to its base components prior to storage and/or transport that complies with all applicable Gas Processors Association (GPA) Standards and/or Specifications.
Any charges, processing fees, or deductions related to the removal or recovery of Natural Gas Liquids are strictly restricted to the area of any Processing Plant or facility where Raw Mix is recovered and, if necessary at that plant, also fractionated to its component parts.
The Global Mining Concentrator system market accounted for $XX Billion in 2021 and is anticipated to reach $XX Billion by 2030, registering a CAGR of XX% from 2022 to 2030.
