Nigeria Building Automation System Market 2023-2030

Last Updated:  Apr 25, 2025 | Study Period: 2023-2030

NIGERIA BUILDING AUTOMATION SYSTEM MARKET

INTRODUCTION

An operator may access, manage, and keep an eye on all linked building systems via a single interface thanks to a building automation system (BAS). Through networked electronic equipment, BAS technology enables you to obtain centralised management over the systems in your building.

BAS is a structural system made up of five parts: sensors, controllers, output devices, communication protocols, and a terminal or user interface.

These systems are intended to automate and regulate a number of building processes, such as lighting, security, heating and cooling, and product manufacture. The capacity of building automation systems to increase energy efficiency is one of its main advantages.

NEW PRODUCT LAUNCH

75F unveils its new range of Building Automation System products and solutions. At the recently finished three-day ACREX India event, 75F, the world's most advanced IoT-based building management system, unveiled its new product line.

The event was held in the Bombay Exhibition Centre in Mumbai and was organised by ISHRAE (Indian Society of Heating, Refrigeration, and Air Conditioning Engineers). 75F's new revolutionary technologies and solutions are intended to increase building efficiency, improve indoor air quality, and save operating expenses.

The business hopes that its new product line would help it achieve its objective of enabling all commercial buildings to employ cutting-edge technology to incorporate energy efficiency and sustainability into their operations, therefore meeting the net zero emission target.

The Chiller Plant Manager, Occupancy Temperature Node, True CFM, Hyperstat, Helio Node, Portfolio Analytics Manager, Occupant App, Domain Modeller, and QR code for asset monitoring were among the new items introduced.

Renatus CPM enables a data-driven approach to ongoing optimisation of water-cooled chiller and boiler plants, helping facility managers and building owners to improve the specific energy consumption of chiller plants, improve the thermal quality of operations, and provide clients with uninterrupted and continuous cooling/heating energy service.

A high-precision occupancy, temperature, and humidity sensor that has been factory calibrated is added via the Occupancy and Temperature Node (OTN).  The airflow pressure difference between total pressure and static pressure is directly measured by a 75F Differential Pressure sensor, which is used by True CFM.

This makes it possible to convert this into airstream velocity. HyperStat: With 8 inbuilt sensors for improved IAQ management and hyper-localised temperature control, this 75F product is a commercial thermostat and humidistat.
