A portable scope made for both field and lab use, the new 2 Series Mixed Signal Oscilloscope (MSO) from Tektronix was unveiled. The 2 Series is the first portable oscilloscope to offer benchtop performance.
The 2 Series MSO is less than four pounds in weight and only 1.5 inches thick, and it has a modern appearance that is unusual for scopes. The user interface of the scope's 10.1" touchscreen display, which is also included, was "built from the ground up for touch operation," according to Tektronix.
