The disposable pH monitor is made to be integrated directly into disposable bioreactor bags. The sensor is built to withstand the demands of the contemporary bioprocessing environment.
The sensor is ideal for lengthy batch processes because it gives a dependable measurement signal for at least six weeks.Single-use pH sensors are gamma sterilizable and factory calibrated sensors that can be integrated into single-use procedures for the production of biopharmaceuticals.
These single-use pH sensors provide an output signal that is exactly the same as a reusable sensor for effective process integration while ensuring a noticeably extended shelf life for upstream and downstream devices.
SINGLE-USE pH SENSOR MARKET SIZE AND FORECAST
The Global Single-use pH Sensor Market accounted for $XX Billion in 2023 and is anticipated to reach $XX Billion by 2030, registering a CAGR of XX% from 2024 to 2030.
SINGLE-USE pH SENSOR MARKET NEW PRODUCT LAUNCH
Two devices are available for in-line pH measurements from Pendo TECH. In order to allay worries about cross pollution, the PendoTECH Process Development In-line pH Probe & Flow Cell was created for process development. If this product is used with a PendoTECH Control System, the calibration can be done using the graphical user interface software wizard.
If it is plugged straight into a pH monitor, the menus of the pH monitor are accessed to conduct a 2-point calibration. The full biocompatibility profiles required for use in GMP processes are not present in this product.
The PendoTECH Single Use In-Line pH Sensor can be used in applications for process development in addition to GMP processes. The pH 7 and the TDS readings for this product are pre-calibrated.
Electrochemical pH probes should originally be calibrated at two points. The zero point, or the location where the pH electrode provides zero potential, and the slope of the calibration line together make up calibration values. As a result, the pH sensor needs to be calibrated using precise buffer solutions.
Placing the probe in a buffer solution with a pH of 7.0 completes the calibration process and establishes the zero point of the reading at pH 7. The second calibration point, which should fall within the measuring range and be at least two pH units different from pH 7, establishes the slope of the calibration line.
If the slope is steady in either scenario, the pH 7 values can be examined. Ideal for determining pH as a liquid moves through a flow cell during GMP procedures Process monitoring is not necessary.
Gamma-irradiation-compatible single-use construction has a quick reaction to pH circumstances changing. specifically made to work with current METTLER TOLEDO receivers
