INTRODUCTION
Two component dispensing systems, also known as meter mix, are used to mix and distribute two-part materials, typically adhesives. The adhesive's two components join together in the system, typically via a static mixer, and the chemical bonding or curing process begins.
There are numerous metering and dispensing systems on the market today that can be used for a variety of tasks. However, the operating mechanisms and configuration of nearly every MMD System are identical. The manufacturer's demand for vacuum dispensing and the initial size of the liquid will determine the structure of the material supply system.
Large quantities of adhesives and sealants are frequently packaged in drums, pails, and totes during mass production. Depending on the temperature, viscosity, and pressure requirements of the material, there are typically three ways to unload it from these containers: manually pouring it into a pressure pot or tank, using suction pumps, or using follower-plate pumps.
After that, a pressure regulator will transfer the two liquids, assisting in the reduction of the fed material's pressure to the required working pressure.
These valves also compensate for pulsations that occur during material delivery with piston pumps as a result of the pump's changeover position. This is in addition to pressure reduction, which is their primary function.
TWO COMPONENT DISPENSING SYSTEMS MARKET SIZE AND FORECAST
The Global Two Component Dispensing Systems market accounted for $XX Billion in 2022 and is anticipated to reach $XX Billion by 2030, registering a CAGR of XX% from 2024 to 2030.
TWO COMPONENT DISPENSING SYSTEMS MARKET NEW PRODUCT LAUNCH
The new TS8200D Series Two Component Dispensing Systems, a precision volumetric mixing and dispensing system for two-component adhesives such as epoxies, reactive acrylics, or polyurethanes, were unveiled today by Techcon, a leader in precision fluid dispensing technologies and a subsidiary of OK International and Dover.
Two newly upgraded M-Series Progressive Cavity (PC) Pumps are integrated into a fluid manifold and connected to a static mixing nozzle in the Two Component Dispensing Systems. Software-controlled mix ratio configurations of 1:1 to 10:1 are possible with this configuration, providing extremely repeatable dispensing results.
Based on the industry-proven progressive cavity technology, Techcon's TS8200D Two Component Dispensing Systems are the natural progression of our highly successful PC Pump. The PC pump rotor rotation is managed by Techcon's TS580D-MM smart controller, allowing for precise volumetric fluid metering without any guesswork.
Each pump outlet can have a pressure sensor attached as an option to monitor internal pressure. The Two Component Dispensing Systems controller notifies the operator to check the pumps for clogging if the difference in pressure between the two pumps is greater than normal.
Cross-contamination and pump damage, two common problems with similar two-component systems, are greatly reduced by this feature.
