The Fiber Edge GN1848 is made for active optical cables and 400GBASE-SR4/VR4 and 800GBASE-SR8/VR8 PAM4 multimode optical transceivers (AOC).
Currently available as a wire-bondable bare die, the Fiber Edge GN1848 enables direct wire bonding to a quad channel 250 m pitch VCSEL without the use of a bias tee.
