SHIPPING AND DELIVERY TIME

Return/Refund Policy

If you wish to cancel the order after making online payment and before report dispatch then approximately 14% of the total amount is deducted by our online payment partners (PayPal/stripe + local bank). They apply their charges as soon as the payment is made therefore, we will be able to refund only 86% of the total amount paid to us.

AFTER DISPATCH

Due to the nature of the product we sell we do not provide refunds for orders, or accept returns once they have been dispatched. We suggest you to read all the available information about a product and write to us in case of any queries before placing the order.
