Using data from the furnace control system, the EMS is an expert system that aids operators in choosing whether to slip an electrode or not. The estimation period, as well as the parameters utilised in the estimation, can be tailored for each furnace operation.
The process data is continuously collected from the automation system. The system suggests sliding for each of the three electrodes and provides the highest permissible amount of slipping based on the current applied for each electrode.
The Global Electrode Management System Market accounted for $XX Billion in 2022 and is anticipated to reach $XX Billion by 2030, registering a CAGR of XX% from 2023 to 2030.
NEW PRODUCT LAUNCH
The Memobase electrode management system offers customers insight into the pH electrodes’ dependability, performance, expected lifetime, and early-warning failure. The digitalization of the analogue measuring signal right in the electrode is the main component of the Memosens-based technology.
The pH offset problem caused by the analogue technology is no longer present because the true pH values are now calculated and digitally transferred to the transmitter from the “smart” electrode head. Any and all of the online pH electrodes can be pre-calibrated at a central calibration station thanks to Memosens technology.
re Calibration can be carried out in a lab or workshop as calibration at the measuring point is no longer required.
Each pH electrode on the premises has a database and audit trail provided by the Memobase, which are kept in report format on a spreadsheet.
It keeps track of all calibration dates, commissioning dates, and operation hours in addition to additional electrode data. A line-graph display with all previous calibration data, including the dates and timings of each occurrence, can be used by operators to spot early-warning failure patterns.
